MAXIMUM TOTAL OF 5 MEG FILE STORAGE
MAXIMUM TOTAL OF 5 files
MAXIMUM TOTAL OF 2 SUB-FOLDERS
This may not sound like much storage space ... but it will be enough for several 800x600 pictures. Image "hugeness" is not the idea. A picture 800 wide will fit in a browser window. You can always go smaller.
The intent here is to provide ALL members with enough storage for a
a Profile Image
a few Classified Ad Images
a few Maintenance related Images
a few Mod Images
... you decide ... it's your space.

As the name "Your Shared Files" implies, the file you upload are meant to share with others, especially in Posts you make on the Forum. You may restrict the access to others by tagging the files as Shared or Not shared to: Guests - People who are Not Logged-In ... visitors and Members - People who are Logged-In ... registered users
- You can access Your Shared Files from the Top Menu. - You can Upload and then Attach your files from any Post Screen. Just below the list of Smilies, you'll see the links to Upload and Attach. - Anywhere in this Forum that you can use Forum Code, you can include one of your files.

Look for the Chat link in the Top Menu. Click on the link to enter The HERD Garage Chat. You enter in the Parking Lot "room" You can choose 3 other "rooms". Waiting Room Garage Bay Manager's Office
If the the Chat is currently occupied ... then the link will look like Chat(1) ... indicating 1 member is in Chat. I'm working on displaying a list of "who is in Chat" somewhere, as well.
The Chat Room will automatically log you out for inactivity after 10 minutes of no page/window refresh.
